How do I increase my height ? Is there side effects of masturbation like headchae , poor health, stop of growing height during puberity age , hair whitening ? I am asking because I am suffering from alll these ... I stoped growing after 16 , is there any chance for me togrow my height . I am 22 and 168 cm , 64 kg.

There is a small chance to grow even after the age of 22.
Relaxed mind and life-style, good exercises, healthy food habits , great company of positive people , reading/ seeing positive things all have a great effect on every problem you mentioned, masturbation alone can not be a reason .
