How Do I Plan For Conceiving With Irregular Bleeding?

Hi

I used Femilon for last three months in regular manner like 21 pills & then stop for some days for cycle to come,

The cycle observed was exact 21 days & then from 3rd of cycle I started using new pack,This was for three months Sept,Oct,Nov & date came on 25 Nov (Upto this it was normal)

Now From Nov I stopped using Femilon But now date didn't came in Dec & on 3rd Jan just a small quantity of bleeding taken place & it stops....But on next text days it was transparant fluid only & had a very little quantity,

Please give me suggestion what to do for normal cycle so that we can plan for baby?

Hello,
If you have used the 21-day pack, a pill-free period of 7 days is given before staring a new pack. Return of ovulation usually takes a couple of cycles after stopping oral pills and this could be the reason for the irregular periods. I would ask you to consult a specialist for a proper appraisal of your situation to plan further management. You can wait for a couple more cycles to see if regular cycles return, provided you have a history of regular menstruation earlier. Else, active treatment is needed to ensure conception. Hope this helps.
