How Do I Select The Right Stem Cell Procedure For Arthritis In The Lower Back?

My L3,4, and 5 appears to be fused together naturally. There are signs of bone spurs and the discs are not visible in the x-y. I have a some arthritis in my the lower back. There are several stem cell procedures and all claim their procedure is most effective. How do I select the right one procedure?
