How Do I Stop A Runny Nose?
Hi I have a runny/ stuffy nose, cough, sore throat since Tuesday (BEET RED) that seems to be getting better,a head that feels it could pop off and that run down feeling. Blood pressure is good and slight temp. I,ve already been taking clariton for a few years. Any suggestions?

It looks like you have got an upper respiratory tract infection which can be bacterial or viral. If you have low grade fever (101) and severe sore throat cause difficulty in swallowing then you will need to take antibiotics along with the instruction told above. And you need bed rest.
