One of my eyes waters constantly and has a redish brown scar on it. Should I see a doctor , and what may cause this?

Hi... If the symptoms are recent in onset, then it could be a conjuctivitis either allergic or infectious.. Hence definitely seeing a doctor may help in deciding the treatment...

There can be many reasons for this watering .If that cause has any relation with that scar or not is to be seen.you have to be examined properly to come to a diagnosis.
