Hi doctor I am meena. I am having 9 year old boy. now i am trying for anohter baby last one year. I had tubal pregnancy last june month and have pcod problem with irregular priod. my LMP was December 16, doctor told me take duphastone five days I took feb 1 to Feb - 5 when will get next period ? I am taking every day glucophage tablet also. My weight is 59 " My date of birth is 25-05-1981 What I have to to getting conceive ? Please Advice

In women with PCOD, they often have absent or irregular ovulation. Often they need progesterone to induce a period AND in your case, diabetes medication to treat the insulin resistance that comes with PCOD and affects your ability to ovulate. Also, you have the complication of a prior tubal pregnancy. Typically one might:
1. Use progesterone to induce a period (usually comes 2-3 days after stopping progesterone) 2. Continue with Glucophage 3. Consider a medication for ovulation induction, such as clomid 4. Track ovulation with an ovulation predictor kit 5. If no success within 3 months of regular cycles, then a procedure to assess your tubes to make sure that they are open and not diseased (given the prior ectopic pregnancy)
