How Do I Get Rid Of Facial Hair Caused By Using Penderm Cream?

i am using penderm plus cream after using that cream my face get faired but hair grows on my face,so i am not using that cream now, but now my face looks like so black, what i a doing for my face glow

Hi, prolonged use of penderm plus cream which contains steroid which has side effects as follows:
1.it can cause skin atrophy, telengiectasis
2.paradoxical hair growth
3.aggravation of acne etc.
So if you stop using that after sometimes your facial hair will get reduced its own.
Due to steroid your skin looks fairer but after stopping due to sunexposure your skin seems black so you have to use sunscreen with high spf to protect from sun and avoid going out between 12 to 4 pm. For face glow use regular sun screen as well as cream containing kojic acid, arbutin ,licorice extact and mulberry extract.
