I have seen in websites, they had given like their is no relation between pinples on face and masterbation but i personally experienced that frequent masterbation leads to pinples on face and makes me look ugly so i want to get rid of it please help me
Pimples are common in teenage and there is actually no correlation between acne and masturbation.
If I was your treating doctor I would have asked you to use topical clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel once or twice daily for your active acne.
Besides you could also use a topical retinoid like adapalene gel for night time application. It is first line treatment for acne and prevents the development of new acne lesions as well.
I would advice that you see a dermatologist for a prescription. Your treating dermatologist might also feel the need to start you on oral antibiotics like either doxycycline or azithromycin for 4-12 weeks depending on the response and severity of acne
