In Ayurveda, these terms are explained under 'mandagni' and grahni.

In India Ayurveda practitioners and common public use turmeric, Kutaj and roasted cumin seeds to get rid of these problems. GIT allergy, infection are fully managed by these simple things.

Any Ayurveda doctor will explain you safety of these herbs, duration and expected results.

Hope this will help you.
