Diabetes is the result of endocrine disorder. Type 1 diabetes happens when the pancreas is no longer producing insulin. Type 2 diabetes happens when the body can not use the insulin properly. It can be caused by many factors like genetics, accident, illness, medications, or lifestyle, or any combination of those.
