How Do You Get Your Voice Back?

About three weeks ago I had a cold ,went to doctor afer five days without felling better ,lost voice went back was told no strep , but was given amoxicillin in case I have an infection,it’s been 4 Date now and I still can not speak for any length of time my voice disappears,I have stiff neck fells like something is stuck at the back of my tongue sudden uncontrollably cough and headache with fatigue

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from viral laryngitis with hoarseness of voice or vocal polyps etc. Stiff neck may be due to meningism or muscle spasm etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Do salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use water vapor inhalation thrice a day for five days.
