How Do You Relieve Ovarian Cyst Pain?

I had a hemmorahgic ovarian cyst and it resolved but I m still in level 8-9 pain. A year ago I had one removed but there were quite a few of something called adhesions. My doctors are basically telling me that they can t find anything and have stopped searching for a solution that isn t birth control which I am taking and isn t helping. Please tell me what I should do next..

Endometriosis is one of the cause for such pain as well as adhesions. Pelvic inflammatory disease to be ruled out first.
