How Do You Remove The Shell Of Sunflower Seed Stuck In The Throat?
I was eating some sunflower seeds and I accidentally swallowed the shell and it is not stuck in my throat stabbing me when I swallow but when I eat anything it does hurt I need help trying to get it out without going to the doctor I’ve tried yogurt bread and it will not come out
