Hi,

I want to clear you the point that quinine was also frequently prescribed in the US as an off-label treatment for nocturnal leg cramps, but this has become less prevalent due to a Food and Drug Administration statement warning against the practice. So stop using this drug.

Get your serum calcium, potassium, vitamin D levels checked and send me the report.

Till then do muscle strengthening exercises of your wrist and knee joints as uploaded on you tube.

Have balanced diet including bananas.

Drink a lot of water daily.

Do morning walk daily.

Have hot fomentation for 30 mins in morning and evening.

Take diclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day.

I hope it will help.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
