How does a chalazion looks after two weeks following its surgery???? Hi Everyone,I was asked to have an incision and curretage since there was a chalazion in the upper lid of my right eye.I have had the surgical operation and its nearly two weeks now.But the chalazion is still the same and in the same place. Can anyone have an idea why is this so???
Hi,Beepin,
Thanks for query,
I have given answer before.
But after two weeks if chalazion is the same it should be evaluated.
You consult the surgeon, operated upon and discuss.
As I told that it is a mybabion cyst and should be removed with sac.
if the sac is not completely removed, chances of recurrence is there.
ok and bye.
