How Does Anal Intercourse Affect Patients Of Crohn's Disease?
My girlfriend has recently been diagnosed with "crohns disease" and we are very sexually active. My question to you is.. if we were to engage in anal play or anal sex is there an increased chance of damage to her due to the fact she has crohns or is there any procations we should take, or is anal sex just something we should not at all be doing?

It depends on the type of Crohns
If she has Chrohn's that has activity in the anorectal area ,anal sex should probably be avoided as it may make the disease flare and could be painful. If she has ileal / cecal Crohn's it probably would not effect it. I hope this helps
