Hi,

Alcohol affects all the organs of the body including kidney and bladder. Because of alcohol there is the reduction in kidney function and increase water outflow in the bladder, which may cause more pressure on bladder after alcohol consumption. Under the effect of intoxication, the signal from the bladder may not awake our brain and because of this, the bedwetting has happened after alcohol consumption.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
