Hello and welcome, Naturogest does not help in getting pregnant. However after ovulation it helps in making the uterine lining favorable for the baby to implant. It is not needed in most cases until a proven progesterone deficiency is there. It also prevents abortions and preterm labor in women high risk for this. However sometimes naturogest if taken before ovulation may prevent ovulation as it is a hormone and affects the menstrual cycle. So as of now you may try for spontaneous conception. If it occurs then naturogest can be started once the pregnancy is conceived as it helps to prevent abortion [ even then not needed in every case]. So discuss the need of the medicine and the reason for prescription in greater details with your doctor. Having said that, there is no harm in taking the medicine after ovulation occurs.
