Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can use Mala-D or any other contraceptive pills. If you opt for Mala-D or related pills you have to use on a daily basis. Side effects are minimal but some people experience irregular periods and weight gain after prolonged use. As you are planning for a long term period, you can go for an intrauterine devices like copper-T or Depo Shots which shows good results and are more suitable for long term contraception.

Hope I have answered your query.
