How Does One Diagnose The Presence Of Spontaneous Prolocatinal?

Hi - feels a bit weird doing this! anyway - 11 years ago I had an episode of Sarcoid which was painful and lasted about 9 months. I had my second and last child 8 years ago and did not breast feed. Since then both breasts have lactated. My left is worse. I have seen the endocrinologist and undergone drug treatment with Carbergolene and Bromitine (apols for spelling). Neither of which worked and left me with severe side effects. I understand that I fall under something called Spontaneous prolocatinal>???? galactoreahea and this may be connected to the Sarcoid but may also be connected to milk gland tumours.

I am seeing a breast clininc this week and am worried they will disregard the discomfort and pain I am continually in. No-one seems willing to give me any answers or help.
