How Does One Get Rid Of Vaginal Odor?

Hi can I ask a question, I have a merania iud, and for the last 2months after getting it 4 months ago, I have had a crazy amount of discharge and it smells. Like crazy strong. I’ve never had this before ever. I only have one partner and I have had a dull ache for 2 weeks now, in my stomach it gets worse some times and it makes me nauseous. Is this normal. What can I do to stop the smell and ache?

I reviewed your query and here is advise.
I think you may be suffering from bacterial vaginosis and the IUD favourites it.
You should do a vaginal smear.
In our clinic we use polyginax that is composed of Neomycin, Polymyxin B and Nystatin antibacterial and antifungal for unspecified flora, for 12 days.
Consult your doctor before using any drugs.
