How Does The Lupizyme Tablet Help With Digestion?

My age is 28, height - 165 cm and weight - 75kg
I am having digesion problem for past three days and my doctor prescribed the below tablets.
Lupizyme
and one more tablet from ALKEM Lab.
What is the use of taking Lupizyme tablet? Do i need to take this tablet before foor or after food?
