Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You did sex with condom and that was fine (not torn). So, chances of getting HIV infection is nil. You got abrasions near the hip joint, and there is no physical contact with the abrasions and your partner's blood or body fluids. So, no chances of getting HIV infection.

Even now if you are doubtful, go for ELISA HIV, definitely it will come negative.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
