How Early Can A Home Pregnancy Test Be Taken?

I was wondering what are the odds or getting pregnant if you never had your first period, you are almost 17, and the boy ended up cumming on the inside of your panties. My boyfriend and I were fooling around and the condom came off as he came. It got all over the inside of my underwear and a little bit on me. He has never entered me so none of it was pushed in from that and he was almost all the way away when it happened. I waited a while to stand up but I removed my underwear and cleaned off within 3 minutes of the incident. I am worried I may be pregnant but I am not sure. I haven't taken a home pregnancy test yet since it only happened 17 days ago as of today, 1/6/13.
I am only 17 so I am fairly worried about this. No I did not get a morning after pill and I am not on birth control. The condom was lubricated with a normal lube and not a spermicide. Just about all of it ended up on me but I doubt any got in me.
Also when should I use a home pregnancy test since I don't have a missed period to go by or anything else of the sorts?

Hello!
Thanks for your query.
You do not need to worry if you are or not pregnant because you have no chance of being pregnant.
You should worry for your periods that never came before( need to come before 15 years old)
There are many causes that causeyour pathology ,primary amenorrhea:
Blockages or nawrroing of the cervix
Missing uterus
vaginal septum
hormone problems
genetics defects
poor nutrition
tumors ect
You need to consult with a gyn because this is a very serious problem.
Take care of your self
