How Early Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed After An Intercourse?

hi my last period was oct 24 ,this month of nov I had sex several times and he ejaculated inside me everytime, now its the 24 of November im expecting my period but instead I have 3 days spotting on and off some light pink and some brown, can I be pregnant? should I take a pregnancy test now or should I wait till it stops?

U can be pregnant dear pls do a urine pregnancy test if it s positive pls make sure u do a vaginal scan to check the pregnancy s inside the uterus. All d best.
