Hello Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Gynaecosid is used for the treatment of non-occurrence of menstrual periods in certain cases (secondary amenorrhea) NOT FOR ABORTIONS. Gynaecosid is prescribed after period is missed for two consecutive months where there is no pregnancy. This drug is not a contraceptive or an abortificient.
you need to go for pregnancy test after you miss your periods. periods are normal and there is no chances of pregnancy if the flow is normal in amount and duration. if only spotting is present then also you need to go for evaluation.
Hope this information helps you.
Best wishes.
