i want to go on a diet, and exerise and eat right.
I also want to diet pill with them, i know the effect diet pills can have and how it just don't work-some, and there is nothing as a quick way to lose weight, but i still do- do you know of a kind of diet pill that i can take and will not be harmful.

In order to get control of your weight long term you will need to permanently change your eating and lifestyle habits incorporating healthy, wholesome foods into your meal plan, getting rid of sugar/honey/junk food and begin an exercise program with both cardio and streght training.
