hi. I have been on the depo injections (3monthly) since 2011. I stopped getting this on the 1st oct 2014. due to having an operation doctor wouldn t give me my next dose for risk of blood clots. I have been on the cerazette pill now nearly 2 weeks. am I covered for protection now? I started the pill straight away wasn t at my period. Thanks
Cerazette is a highly effective since it prevents the egg cell from ripening. It is the progestogen only pill (Desogestrel). The side effects is that, vaginal bleeding may occur at irregular intervals or you may not have any periods at all.
