Hello. I have been on jasminelle for 4 and a half months for acne treatment. It has approved maybe only a little and I am also taking antibiotics which definetely help. I am thinking of stopping the pill and just taking antibiotics but im not sure... i wonder if the pill is making it worse... when i have my period i get a lot of big infected spots still so i dont know if its helping
Hi. If you have been put on jasminelle, it means you are having some features of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Jasminelle does help in acne patients with PCOS features, but it usually shows benefit in 3 months (it needs to be contnued for a long time). Are you using any topical creams like benzoyl peroxide and adapelene? These medicines would help you. Discuss with your doctor. Thanks
