How Effective Is Stem Cell Therapy For Lewy Body Dementia?

Is there a trial being presently conducted for a drug that can stop and/or reverse Dementia, specifically Lewey Body and Alzheimer s? How long do trials last? Are there any drug treatments in other countries? Can LBD be treated with stem cells? Thank you.
