How Effective Is The Medicine, Diane 35, In Correcting Irregular Periods?

hello i want to ask u some question
my sister is not getting periods from last 4 months so she consult a gyanec abt this they gave her some regularize hormone tablets she ate it for 3 monts and and during this process she get her period after eating tablets for 21 day she get her periods properly but after 3months she stopped this hormone tablets periods is not comming
so gynanec suuggested to go to endocrine specialist so that doctor told her to take out all report and she is telling every report is normal only the problem is that her pitutary gland is empty its not working so she suggested to eat diane 35 for 3 months and now her 3 months is over now that doctor is telling to wait and watch whether u will get periods or not i this months
so my question is that whether she will get periods this months if she is eating diane 35 from last 3 months. is diane 35 tablets are too strong it can cure period problem.in future she have to eat this tablets lifetime .whether she cam marry or not and can she can get pregant .can u plz help me this matter
