How Harmful Can Toilet Cleaner Fumes Be During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am about 4 1/2 weeks pregnant and have been cleaning my shower with mr muscle mildew cleaner. I used gloves but some of the water I rinsed the shower with landed in the gloves on my skin. It is a large shower and the door and the window was opened. I did not wear a mask and tried to limit the time I was in there, but the fumes were rather potent. Should I be concerned about potential harm to the embryo? When does the baby start to receive nutrients from mommy? Thanks G
