How Hepatoxic Is A Combination Of Elleste Duet With Estradiol And Spironolactone?

Hello, I ve been on an HRT for a couple of Months. How Hepa toxic is the following combination: Elleste Duet ( 2 mg estradiol hemihydrate, 1 mg nonethisterone acetate) / pills / day oral Estradiol Jena 2 mg ( Estradiolvalerate) 2 pills / day oral 6 mg Estradiolvalerate Trans dermal and 100 mg Spiroloacetone ? Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concerns.

As you also may know, most of all the drugs proceed to a hepatic metabolisation when they are used. The drugs you are using,with the indicated dosage may increase the risk of toxic hepatitis if they are used for long term.
In order to prevent this undesirable event, I would advice you to make periodically functional liver tests (LFT), which are a group of blood tests that detect inflammation and damage to the liver. They can also check how well the liver is working. LFT include ALS, AST, GGT, Bilirubin and Albumine level.
