I think you don't need to worry about this particular contact. Firstly there was no direct contact and secondly, in this particular scenario not a lot of vaginal fluids would have possibly come into contact with penile mucosa. However, I would still suggest you to get tested for HIV just to clear the thought out of your mind. Screening for HIV can be earliest at 1 month and that has to be repeated again after 3 months. Moreover protected peno-vaginal sex is not a guarantee against all STD's apart from HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia. Warts, molluscum and genital herpes can still be acquired. Therefore if you notice any growth or bumps or erosions, you must get it checked with a specialist.
