How Is Chlamydia Infection Transmitted?

I m pregnant and got diagnosed with chlamydia and I finished my azithromycin 500mg three pack on Wednesday and I am completely aware that I am still contagious for seven days and my partner is out of town and asked me to finger myself over FaceTime while he jacked off and in the heat of the moment he asked me to put my fingers in my mouth and I did bc it was the heat of the moment and we were both really turned on so does that mean I just gave Chlamydia back to myself since I had just fingered myself? Please help I am very worried and it s stressing me

Chlamydia is a genital infection and it is very rare to get throat infection with chlamydia. Moreover, since you have completed your treatment and didn't had any new exposure from outside therefore I don't think there is any need to worry.
