How Is Echoli And Uti Treated In Children ?
my male baby is 16 month old, he had uti 2 months back and now he is having uti agin( purely echoli )and undr going tretment for the same with cifurexim 125mg bd since 10 days (which is sesitive) in between urin test showed sterail, but now urin is showing 30 to 40 pus cells with no bacteria and rbc s could you guid me what is the signifecanc and what should be done
