You need to do a urine pregnancy test 3-4 days after you miss your periods and not after implantation bleeding for better and accurate result.The periods can get delayed for even a week and the conception can also be late so if you miss a periods and test after 3-4 days and if you don;t get periods then you need to repeat the test after 7 days.
