How Long After Childbirth Is Getting Pregnant Again Safe?

Hi Im 29 years old and Im married. I gave birth to baby girl 3 months before with Cesarian operation. but my baby died after 3 days because of machoniam aspiration . actually on that time i got pregnant just within 1 month. actually im verry depressed obout what has happen to my baby and i need a baby. im expecting pregnancy again i tried past 2 months but i failed . when is the suitable time to get pregnant again. im afraid that i will never get a baby. is this time not good for another pregnancy ?

Try conception after 1 yr of that event. Your body also requires rest and time to restore stores of nutrients .
Also if you conceive after 1 yr there are less chances of growth retardation in the next baby and also chance of delivering before 9 months decreases.
