How Long After Contact Does It Take For Elisa Test To Report Accurately?

i have a question about HIV
i take test after 6 weeks and it is negative
i had only oral sex unprotected and anal protected
but i still see some symptoms such as some red spot on my upper body
and makes me worried
i hear after 21 days the elisa test is accurate but what is your idea?
