How long can I expect to be sore after my heart cath? Never had one before.

If you are conscious, the 20 minutes a large nurse is leaning on your artery to help it seal after the minor surgery. The guy was putting nearly all his weight through one fist in the crook of my hip, and I was supposed to talk the whole time so he knew I was not holding my breath. The few days after that as it completes healing is pretty easy in comparison. But 3-4 days taking it easy.
