How Long Can Diane-35 Be Eaten At A Stretch?

hi,i m 31yrs old and mother of a 6yrs old girl,i m prone to diabetices and have been suffring from pcod and also have thoyroid for which i have been adviced to use metforbin and also taking thyronorm everyday,now if i continue taking diane35 i get my periods on timeand its been three months since i had it last so i din t get my periods yet now tell me how long can i eat diane35 at a streach how is it harmfull or beneficial?

Diane-35 contains both cyproterone and ethinyl estradiol which is a combination of two hormonal medicines is used to treat symptoms of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) like excessive hair growth, acnes and irregular periods. It also works as a contraceptive, hence avoid using any other contraceptive pill. If you have been taking birth control pills like Diane-35 for some time and have had no side effects like increased blood sugar levels, thyroid hormone imbalance or other side effects, it is likely that you can continue using them for as long as you need or as directed by your doctor. So, as long as you are generally healthy, you can safely take birth control pills like Diane-35 for however long you need birth control or until you reach menopause. Diane-35 is safe and effective medication if it is taken by your doctor's advice.
