Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain Melacare cream contains
Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone Furoate which is a steroid and initial use of steroid on face can have a wonderful effect as it will lead to skin brightening..
There is no fixed time slot in which you will get the side effects as the duration of side effects vary from person to person..
I would suggest you to
consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation of your face will be done and you will be advised tapering method to stop using the steroid cream..
You will be advised to use it once a day followed by using it every alternate day and gradually completely stop using the cream..
Once you completely stop using it you can start using other safer methods of
depigmentation like washing your face with
Salicylic acid and
glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can start applying creams containing
Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can apply Vitamin E and C containing creams..
You should always apply a sunscreen lotion when going into sun..
Exfoliate your skin weekly to remove dead skin layer and unclog the pores..
You can also go for treatments like
Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
