General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is completely normal to experience periods to be delayed by a week or two after taking Postinor. You might experience some menstrual irregularities like breakthrough spotting the next month as well. However, please take a home pregnnacy test to rule out pregnancy as well.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
