uncomplicated uti should take a week or two to recover from with treatment. if your symptoms of infection are gone but the bleeding still persist you might want to look into other causes. are you currently taking any medication for another cause? do you have kidney stones? do you have any associated symptoms that might point in the direction of systemic diseases like sickle cell anemia or glomerulonephritis? do you have any prostate related symptoms? I would advise follow up with your doctor and further investigations including imaging studies to rule out carcinoma. hopefully it's something benign but it would be safe to pay a visit to your doctor and let him asses your situation.
