How Long Does Loratadine Stay In The Body?
Hi I have a head cold and was perscribed loratadine 5mg and pseudo ephedrine 120mg tablets. As I cannot have anything in my system for work, how long prior to work should I stop taking these tablets for me to pass a swab and urine test. I am a 30 year old male.

Loratadine is another long acting selective peripheral H1 antagonist which has a longer t1/2 of 17 hours .
In that sense it will pass in urine for 72 hours after metabolism.
So stop at least 3-4 days prior to testing .
