Hii doctor my question is after application of melacream what is d duration of action I mean how much duration is required to act, as side effects are there that we cannot go outmean while if we had applied the cream.. so prescribed me that duration thanku

i think you are using this for hyperpigmentation.
consult dermatologist in your area.
if you are using for face ,use sunscreen lotion spf 30 half an hour before going to sun.repeat every 2 hourly for first half day of day.
apply retin A cream 0.025 % in late evening,it will take 2 - 3 months to give result.
use kojic acid for maintenance.
take fresh fruits.
