How Long Does Ascitic Tuberculosis With Spleen Enlargement Take To Rid?

Hi my mother is diagnosed with ascetic tuberculosis. Her spleen size is also found large in size. Doctors have started treatment of the tuberculosis and today was the second day dosage. I would like to know the how long would it take normally to get rid of ascetics in case of tuberculosis and spleen enlargement?
