sir my son 5 years old. got injured by classmate with water bottle. on monday. above his left eyebrow. left eye swelling its purple coloured. right eye too swelling from yesterday. kindly advise. when will he recover. need to know if x ray is necessary

Any injury on face rapidly developed the swelling and this takes some time to come around this is happening due to the loose skin and tender soft tissue care need to be taken for any infection else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
