How Long Does Hiatal Hernia And Acidity Take To Get Cured?

I am a 29 year old male.. I am a software professional at TCS.. About two years back i was diagnosed with hyatal hernia with acid reflux and heatburn as symptoms.. i took medicines but all went in vein.. last yeart i went for checkup to Appollo chennai where i was diagnosed with antral gastritis and duodenal scar.. right now i am in USA.. i am taking medicines like patoprazole+zinc carnosine, colospa retard, one probiotic capsules.. just i wan to know whether there is end to this.. its relly hurting me..

* Acidity can be cured with medications , Hiatus hernia is not curable with
medicines , the cases which are much more symptomatic with medicines
