How Long Does It Take For Chipped Big Toe Bone To Heal Completely?
Back in April 2014, I had an X-ray on my foot and the doctor said that I ve chipped my big toe bone. I was put in a boot for a while and then gradually changed into a hard sole shoe. I still feel discomfort sometimes when I m walking and I know that the bone is not completely healed. How long does it usually take for the bone to be completely healed?
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you got fracture in your foot. It was chip fracture. These fracture should completely healed till now as these nearly 6 months.Occasional pain and discomfort is usual. For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. Vitamin B and C are helpful in recovering. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
